Join Taylor Boone for an in-depth beach photography workshop.

This workshop is open to young and aspiring photographers, as well as those interested in developing a transmedia practice. This short and intense 2-hour workshop will explore the multi-faceted approaches in finding your story, location, defining your objectives, developing a multiplatform project, developing a budget and finding partners.
Taylor will also share her key works and discuss developing a personal visual approach and style. The workshop will also focus on long-term projects and its conception.

2 hours $250 ($350 for both when combined)
{November 11th 11 am - 1 pm. Santa Cruz CA.}
She made her name based on expert, versatile lighting skills and the unique emotional connection she captures from her subject. Taylors many clients know they can call on her to create exactly the perfect lighting for each of her portraits.
This workshop will expose attendees lighting techniques for advertising and editorial portraiture. This class is created so that Taylor can demonstrate specific lighting setups.
Taylor will show how she approaches and lights a portrait, demonstrating not only the technical aspects but eliciting the emotional connections in the portrait that has made her one of the most remarkable photographers in both commercial and fine art portraits of today.
This workshop will be an intense, intimate, creative, productive and inspiring experience. Participants will come away from it not only with new knowledge, ideas, tools, and motivation but also with a new network of colleagues – all of which will push their projects and practice further.
